Reservations and tickets
The same day is acceptable if there are seats available.
Reservations and tickets for the expressway bus can be purchased at any of the following locations. Tickets are available from one month in advance. Please give the ticket to the bus crew on the day of use.

Web reservations are accepted from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
After making a reservation, you can pay online and receive a boarding pass by e-mail on your PC or smartphone.
On the day of the ride, please bring either the printout, the e-mail ticket on your smartphone, or the ticket converted into a mobile ticket.
Note: The mobile ticket cannot be displayed until after 5:00 a.m., so the 4:50 a.m. departure from Shinrin-koen Station for the first bus is only available with the e-mail boarding pass.

Tickets can also be purchased at JTB branches in the Tokyo metropolitan area, but in addition to the fare, the travel agency may charge a handling fee.

*Seats are booked on a first-come first-served basis. Reservations cannot be made.
*Purchase a ticket from the arrival lobby Keisei bus ticket counter, and then give it to the bus staff when boarding.

- Please allow ample time for arrival, as there may be delays due to traffic conditions such as natural traffic jams on weekday mornings/evenings, tourist seasons, etc.
- We assume no responsibility for any damages which may be caused by a delay.
- Each route has a set seat capacity. You may not be able to ride if there are no available seats. Please note that for expressway buses we follow the seat capacity and do not allow standing spots.
- As a general rule, each customer is limited to one suitcase, maximum 30 kg which can be placed in the trunk room under the floor. Please contact us beforehand regarding any items which do not fit this description. We assume no responsibility in the event of loss, theft, or damage of customer items.
- Please note that you will be forced to pay the fare again if you lose your ticket.
- Refunds and changes of missed reservations cannot be made. Make sure to check the departure time before riding.
- When canceling reservations, contact the reservation and sales window up to the day before the reservation. Please note that no refunds can be made after the departure time.
- There is no smoking allowed in any of the vehicles. Please refrain from smoking.
