Reservations and tickets
- Heading to Narita airport is by reservation only. Reservations are accepted from 1 month in advance.
Reservations for Narita airport, ticket sales office
- Convenience stores (LAWSON, FamilyMart): Purchase is possible without a reservation.
For same day boarding, please purchase a ticket up to 30 minutes prior to departure at a convenience store terminal [LAWSON (Loppi), FamilyMart (Multi Copy)]. - Sales hours for convenience stores are 6:00 ~ 23:00.
- Tobu Travel, JTB branches: Purchases can be made up to 18:00, the day prior to boarding.
Note there may be holidays around New Year’s.
Ticket sales for Soka Sta. and Shin-koshigaya Sta.
Tickets to Soka Sta. and Shin-koshigaya Sta. can only be purchased on the same day of travel. Please purchase before riding.
