Reservations and tickets
Reservations can be made from your home PC or smart phone.
*As seating is automatic, you will not be able to select your seat.
- *Reservations from 2 days prior to the day of travel is only possible through credit.
- *With Internet reservations, if tickets are not purchased before the deadline after making said reservations, they will be automatically canceled.
*The Japanese site will open.
- Seat reservations can be made via Internet or smart phone.
- Internet reservations through a PC or smart phone will be accepted up to 3 days prior to the day of travel.
- After that date and up to the day of travel, purchase can only be made using a credit card at a convenience store, etc.
- *If tickets are not purchased before the deadline after making said reservations, they will be automatically canceled.
*Departure Alright Net Service (2% discount) - After reserving through Departure Alright Net, there is a 2% discount applied to the normal fare when paying via credit card.
- Afterwards, present the confirmation mail sent to you to the bus crew at the time of boarding.
*The Japanese site will open.
- Tickets can be purchased via the Internet from your home or office.

Requests
- There is no smoking allowed in any of the vehicles.
- There is a set seating capacity. Purchase your tickets in advance.
- Tickets can be reserved from the same day to the month prior for the date of travel (if there is no same day on the month prior, from the first of said month).
- The same day is acceptable without reservation if there are seats available.
- Tickets can be purchased at major travel agencies such as the Chibakotsu Choshi Sales office, Keisei Narita Sta. Mae Commuter ticket Sales office, JTB, Nippon Travel Agency, Kinki Nippon Tourist, and Nankai Travel International.
- Reservation and purchase of tickets can be performed at LAWSON, FamilyMart, Circle K Sunkus, and Seven Eleven.
- After making reservations, purchase tickets up to 3 days prior to boarding. If your purchase cannot be verified, the operating company may call to confirm.
- Reservations from 2 days prior to the day of travel is only possible through credit.
*If tickets are not purchased before the deadline after making said reservations, they will be automatically canceled. - If you lose your ticket it cannot be reissued and so a new ticket must be purchased.
- Changes to or refunds of the ticket are limited to before departure. In such cases there will be a handling fee.
- Change or cancellation after ticket purchase is not possible over the phone.
- There is limited luggage space, and so each customer is allowed 1 suitcase sized item up to 30kg.
- Valuables should be stored on your person. We assume no responsibility in the event of damage or loss.
- There is no use of mobile phones while on the bus.
- Vehicle specifications may differ from those shown in the reservation status.
- Please note that there may be delays in arrival time due to traffic conditions.
- We assume no responsibility in the event of damages caused by late arrival.
